I'm a creative problem-solver driven by creating more thoughtful and delightful experiences for others. Process

My ideal design process begins with in-depth research and discovery to uncover user needs and pain points, followed by iterative ideation, prototyping, and testing to refine solutions. However, we all know that in the real world, the design process is rarely linear, which is why I prioritize flexibility, collaboration, continuous feedback and iteration to ensure that each design decision aligns with user goals and business needs.
